Here are the answers to some of the frequently asked questions.
Upon delivery we will place kicker planks under the rear wheels and under the front of the dumpster frame. This will ensure that the dumpster is not directly on the driveway and prevent damage from scraping or dimpling.
Payment is taken upon ordering the dumpster either online or by phone. Additional charges are paid after the dumpster has been removed
(i.e., final tonnage, over rental days, unacceptable materials, etc.)
Dumpsters are rented on a 7-day basis (weekends included). After your 7-day rental, we charge a per day fee of $15.00, If you need it longer, just let us know.
Additional Tonnage - When renting a dumpster, there is an included weight per container. If the container is over that weight, there will be an “Additional Tonnage” fee applied once the dumpster is weighed and emptied.
Dry Run Charge - If we are unable to pick up the dumpster on the agreed upon time because it is inaccessible, we will apply an “Additional Travel” surcharge to your final bill.
Additional Days - Our dumpster rentals are for seven days. However, if you need your rental for longer there is a $15.00 per day additional charge.
Hook Request - If you need your dumpster repositioned after the initial delivery, there will be a “Hook Request” charge to reposition the unit.
High Load - If the dumpster is overfilled above the top rail, there will be a fee applied to your final bill for the leveling of debris to bring the proper level.
Unacceptable Materials - There will be an “Unacceptable Materials” fee applied if prohibited items are placed in the dumpster.
Currently we offer 15 yard dumpsters (Holds 75-100 30-gallon trash bags) and 20 yard dumpsters. (holds 150-200 30-gallon trash bags)
We are unable to place dumpsters on slopes, city streets, soft/unstable ground, or property that does not belong to you. In order to place a dumpster on the street you must have a permit or written permission from the city.
